I studied architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, the University of the Arts (UdK) and Technical University Berlin. Today, I am working as a freelance architect and artist, am part of the collective metroZones and a founder of the independent magazine Stadtaspekt. Teaching, at places such as the TU Berlin, the Alice Salomon University and now as a lecturer at the TU Braunschweig, is an important part of my practice which investigates the spaces we inhabit and which are organised and arranged by power structures and rules. In this dependency, our body, performances, and the way we navigate urban space interlink. In my works, I (re)draw and perform the cultural codes in the form of 'counter mappings' and reflect on methods of representing the research field.
